Who are we?

Experts in administrative law

With the increasing level of regulation, the significance of public sector law is growing. Through the joining (2019) of Philipp do Canto and Dr Esther Zysset, the law firm Public Sector Law strengthened its focus as a specialised legal services provider. In 2023, we welcomed Anna Kuhn to our team. Anna is another proven expert in data law and issues in public business law. At the same time, we are expanding our areas of practice within public law. As a client, you will thus benefit from our combined experience in the special disciplines of Swiss and European administrative law.

Our team is up to date

Anna, Esther and Philipp constantly follow developments in public commercial law. Sometimes we also drive them forward: we go to administrative court or supervise the introduction of new rules and standards in companies. We have our core in a common interest in issues of administrative law. From this core we work on our special fields, where we solve problems in the various sectors. What is your question?
