About Catherine Egli

Catherine Egli advises and litigates in the public sector. To this end, she particularly examines the functions of the Government. What is the role of the Government and which tasks should be left to our society? In which manner should the Government manifest itself and how can one ensure that current challenges such as digital transformation and climate change do not intervene with human rights?

Before joining Public Sector Law as an Associate, Catherine studied law at the Universities of Basel, Geneva and Paris. In addition to various internships at the Criminal Court of Basel-Stadt, leading law firms and the Swiss Embassy in Washington D.C., she also worked at the Federal Office of Justice and the University of Basel before being admitted to the Swiss bar in 2023.
