About Anna Kuhn
Anna Kuhn berät öffentliche und private Unternehmen insbesondere im Bereich des Datenschutz-, Vertrags- und ICT-Rechts. Unter anderem leitet und berät sie bei Datenschutz-Compliance Projekten aller Art und unterstützt beim Aufbau von Datenschutz-Management-Systemen. Ihr Anliegen ist es, dass die in Lichtgeschwindigkeit voranschreitende Digitalisierung verantwortungsvoll und nicht zulasten der Grundrechte betroffener Personen erfolgt.
Prior to joining Public Sector Law as a partner, she was data protection counsel at SWITCH and managed a legal advisory service for the Swiss higher education sector. Prior to that, she was General Counsel of the Foundation and dealt with administrative, contract, and procurement law, data protection, and IT, among others.
